Entry Level Developers/Modelers
· Object oriented design - familiar with object oriented programming concepts and able to apply those concepts in new areas. · Software - Programming in object-oriented languages such as C and other high level languages. Experience in Visual Studio 2005 and Eclipse." · Dynamic web site content - familiar with server and client side architectures and communications (SOAP). Proficient with browser-based languages [Java], server-based [MS .Net 2.0] and page layout [HTML, .css]. Experience developing web-based reports in Microsoft Office formats. · Database - familiar with ODBC and ADO database connection methods with Microsoft SQL and Access. · Server Configuration – Experience configuring servers to support web applications (Server 2000/2003, IIS 5.0/6.0) · Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate technical discipline and at least two (2) or more years of experience. · Eligibility for U.S. security clearance. Desired Experience: · Microsoft Certification and advanced degree in an appropriate technical discipline. · Software: MS Visual C++, MS Visual Basic, MS .Net 2.0, MS Macros, MS Access, SQL-T · Data Analysis: SQL 2005, Access, Excel, and Oracle · Application Integration -- Integrating applications with and developing macros for MS Office Automation applications such as Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint. Experience leveraging libraries and objects from third party vendors into web-based applications. · Following and documenting software life cycles · Developing software requirements · Documenting software and/or developing test plans and test procedures · Display, manipulation and analysis of numerical and geographic data. · Modeling and Simulation

(MSI) in Pawcatuck, CT has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator to provide office administration and travel coordination support for a dynamic technical and analytical services company. This fulltime term position has the potential to become a fulltime permanent position. The successful applicant must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Outlook, internet use and experience with making and managing travel arrangements. The office administrator will be responsible for answering the telephone, maintaining and ordering all office supplies, and coordinating office functions.
