Principal
|
Masters degree from an accredited institution
in one of the following disciplines: business administration, business
management, computer science, strategic management, economics,
engineering sciences, industrial engineering, operations research or
applied mathematics, contract management or accounting.

15+ years experience managing, directing,
planning, implementing, and staffing complex management projects.
|
Responsible for integration of the efforts for
senior staff. Acts as focal point for all tasks, specifically regards to
contractual matters. Ensures staffing requirements are met. Tracks
financial status of overall project. Significant related management
experience of multiple projects. Meets with Contracting Officer and the
Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR), if required to
resolve any issues related to work being performed under this contract,
including deliverables and personnel actions. Plans and directs all
phases of the project.

Staff
|
Masters degree from an accredited institution
in one of the following disciplines: business administration, business

10 - 15 years experience planning,
documenting and implementing complex management projects.

Plans, supervises, manages, and participates
technically in projects. Typically
supervises multiple senior and mid-level project managers and staff.
Has authority for unsupervised technical and financial decision
and action. Trains and
supervises lower level personnel. May have overall responsibility for project technical
direction, as well as financial and technical management.
Proficiency in one or more of the following
disciplines: Management Sciences, Business Process Reengineering,
Performance Measurement, Theory of Constraints, Throughput Management,

Performs a range of
design development, analysis or review tasks under minimal supervision.
Acts as a lead on less complex tasks and
responsible for a portion of a project section of a management analysis
and project design review. Proficiency

Theory of Constraints, Throughput Management, Total Ownership Cost,

and analyses. Analyzes

Presents analysis results, including alternatives, in written
reports with supporting tables that are suitable for review by
customers.

writing, editing or journalism, meeting support and documentation. Familiar with standard word processing programs.

matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records;
verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; and
handling and adjusting complaints. Typical jobs include administrative
assistants, clerical supervisors, and office managers.
Structures, organizes edits, reworks and understands preparation
of or publication of program documents and presentation materials.
Generates program documents and presentation materials by means of
electronic graphics and text processing systems, operating in
stand-alone or network configurations.
Applies knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and FrontPage and the HTML
and JavaScript languages. Creates

Performs data entry functions and data conversion to support
