Our staff provides the full range of facilitation services including identifying program requirements, providing agenda development support, recommending appropriate participants, and leading sessions to ensure the objectives are met. We identify the approach with project sponsors, identify desired outcomes and goals, and present those objectives to the group for their acceptance and review. Our techniques include brainstorming sessions, issue tracking and framing, multi-voting, and consensus ranking. We provide the full range of session support including agenda development, minutes, debriefs, and action item list tracking. We have meeting room facilities with a complete suite of state-of-the-art equipment as well as breakout spaces to provide full support to on-site meetings and teleconferences as well as offering computer terminals with high-speed Internet connections for visitors. MOBIS Ordering Process You control the process from the definition of the requirement
through the selection of the service provider. When you have a MOBIS
requirement, you need only prepare a Purchase Requisition and a brief Statement
of Work (SOW). The SOW should describe the technical requirements including
schedule, deliverables, delivery order type, and any security requirements. If
the requirement is well-defined, you may specify a Firm, Fixed Price order type;
otherwise, specify a Time and Materials order type. Under the terms of the GSA

your Contracting Officer along with your recommendation for award. Under the GSA
MOBIS contract, you make the award to the vendor that offers the best value for
your particular needs; you do not need to award to the vendor offering the
lowest price. Your Contracting Officer will process the Purchase Requisition and
