Ability to Monitor and Maximize Quality

MSI’s Quality Assurance and Production is shown in the MSI IDIQ Management Flowchart as a union with the Technical Staff to reinforce our policy that quality is an integral part of any product development.  This quality assurance and production process includes periodic reviews and direct involvement with the NAVSEA or Virtual SYSCOM customers to ensure that MSI products meet IDIQ and Task Order Requirements.

The Quality Assurance Plan that MSI consistently uses for all task orders will be used for this effort.  This Plan emphasizes the need for frequent communication and includes the following key elements:

·        Scheduled periodic meetings of technical staff to review progress
·       
Regular communication between the Program and Project Manager(s) and the COTR(s), and daily communication among Project Manager and personnel assigned to the task
·       
Review and discussion of in-process versions of deliverables from outline through interim draft to final report
·       
All deliverables are subject to two separate in-house reviews.  One review is performed by the Quality Assurance and Production review staff for format, style, and grammar.  The second review is accomplished by qualified staff with appropriate expertise on technical content
